[需求项目名称] 国际物联网联合研发中心 [需求单位名称] 重庆邮电大学 [需求单位信息] 1、单位概况 重庆邮电大学是以通信技术为特色与优势的高校,是中国数字通信的发源地之一,国家布点设立并重点建设的几所邮电高校之一,是工业和信息化部与重庆市共建的一所以信息科学技术为特色和优势,在邮电通信行业、信息产业领域,在西部乃至全国具有重要地位和影响的教学研究型大学。工业物联网与网络化控制教育部重点实验室获得第一批重庆市高校创新团队称号和“重庆市杰出青年群体”称号。实验室与(美国)思科公司共建“绿色技术联合研发中心”;与韩国多所大学共同建设“中韩(重庆)嵌入式软件和系统研发中心”、 “中韩(重庆)传感器网络研究中心”、 “中韩(重庆)泛在网络应用技术研究中心”。  2、国际合作现状 我市是“国家物联网产业示范基地”, CISCO是国际顶尖企业的网络设备生产商,我校已经建立的“重邮---思科(CISCO) 绿色科技联合研发中心”和平友好中韩合作研发平台,以提高科技自主创新和增强参与国际合作与竞争能力为目标。  [技术需求概要] 1、需求项目的重要性和必要性,与全市重要工程和重点产业的关联程度 物联网技术及产业是信息产业领域未来竞争的制高点和产业升级的核心驱动力,也是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标志。同时,也是推进“两化融合”、发展“低碳经济”的最佳实现平台。温家宝总理在题为《让科技引领中国可持续发展》的讲话中明确指出,我们要着力突破传感网、物联网的关键技术,及早部署后IP时代相关技术研发,使信息网络产业成为推动产业升级、迈向信息社会的“发动机”。建设“国际物联网联合研发中心”对把重庆打造成物联网技术和应用示范高地、将物联网培育成新兴战略性产业具有重要作用,对推进重庆及全国的“两化融合”和发展“低碳经济”具有重要意义。  2、需求项目的技术突破及创新点 在面向分布式复杂环境的大规模组网、传感网协同、网络安全、网络资源优化等方面开展研究。解决物联网节点低成本、低功耗、小型化、高可靠性等技术难题,研制物联网节点、网关系列设备,开发中间件、网络安全、系统集成等软件产品。将技术研发成果转化成国际标准。构建物联网仿真平台、设计开发平台、测试验证平台。[期望的合作方式]□技术引进 □委托开发 √成立联合研发中心或实验室 □人才引进 √召开国际学术会议 [联系人] 王平                   [电话] 办公室: 手  机:13908395900 [电子邮箱]:wangping@cqupt.edu.cn  [传真]: 023-62461061     [Requested Project Name] International Internet of Things joint research and development center [Requester] Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications [Basic Information] Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT) is one of the few universities that have been blue-printed and given priority to develop by the State, and has grown into a prominent university acknowledged by its excellent in the field of information industry in and out of China. Key Laboratory of Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) & Networked Control, Ministry of Education took and accomplished more than 30 Chinese national science and technology major projects, national 863 programs in IoT areas. The key laboratory has a lot of cooperation with foreign universities and organizations: Joint R&D Center of Green Technology (with Cisco, USA); China and Korea (Chongqing) Embedded Software and Systems R&D Center (with Konkuk University, Sunmoon University and Inha University); China and Korea (Chongqing) Embedded System and Ubiquitous Network Joint R&D Center (with Sunmoon University, KAIST, Konkuk University and Chonbuk National University); China and Korea (Chongqing) Sensor Network Research Center (with Konkuk University, Information and Communications University); China and Korea (Chongqing) Ubiquitous Network Application Technology Research Center (with Soongsil University).[Technical Requirements Summary] 1. Importance and necessity of requested project, and relations with key projects and industries of Chongqing City. Internet of Things technology and its industry is the commanding heights of future competition and the core driving force of industrial upgrading in the field of information industry, and it’s also a measure of an important indicator of a country's comprehensive national strength. Simultaneously, it’s also the best implementation platform to promote the two-oriented integration and to develop low-carbon economy. Construction International Internet of Things Joint R & D center has an important role for making Chongqing become to the Internet of Things technology and application demonstration Highland and developing Internet of Things into emerging strategic industries, it is of great significance to promote the two-oriented integration of Chongqing and national, and to develop low-carbon economy . 2. Technology breakthroughs and innovations of requested projectThrough the project we will carry out research in oriented distributed complex environment large-scale networking, sensor networks collaborative, network security, and network resources optimization. And we  will solve Internet of Things technology problem, for example, node low-cost, low-power, small size, high reliability and so on, develop Internet of Things node and gateway series equipment, develop middleware, network security, system integration and other software products. Finally we can make Technology R&D results into international standard and build Internet of Things simulation platform and design development platform and test verification platform.
