2、国际合作现状(100字以内) 本次所选择的合作单位为日本千叶大学园艺学部,该单位在绿色基础设施方面已经有着想当深入的研究,并同本校在合作研究上已建有良好关系。    [技术需求概要] 1、需求项目的重要性和必要性,与全市重要工程和重点产业的关联程度(300字以内)   绿地空间格局与城市可持续发展密切相关。传统绿地系统规划在一定程度上起到了改善城市生态环境作用,但仍难从根本上解决我国快速城市化带来的诸多生态问题。而基于绿色基础设施理念的绿地布局,以及对空间结构的优化与调整,不但可以连接被城市化切断的自然系统和生态过程,恢复与重建生态体系,还能为城市土地保护与利用提供战略性指导框架,并在一定程度上对城市化过程进行调控与引导。因此,基于绿色基础设施理念的城市绿地空间结构优化技术研究对于践行党十八大提出的“美丽中国”号召,对于重庆以“314”总体部署为总纲、“科学发展、富民兴渝”为总任务,全面推进经济和生态文明建设,实现重庆在西部率先全面建成小康社会具有重要现实意义。    2、需求项目的技术突破及创新点(150字以内) 在理论和实践两个层面展开研究。建构城市绿地空间结构优化的研究框架;针对重庆市绿地空间结构的问题,提出绿地空间体系的规划设计、空间结构调整的总体策略和关键技术。 探索基于绿色基础设施理念、促进城乡持续发展的绿地空间结构优化方式,结合重庆特有的山地地形特色和城乡统筹的特色政策,推进绿色基础设施建设的本土化研究;培养1-2名博士,2-3名硕士,召开1-2次国际会议。   [期望的合作方式]□技术引进 □委托开发 ■成立联合研发中心或实验室   □人才引进 ■召开国际学术会议                    [联系人] :谷光灿       [电话] 13036359516 [电子邮箱]:19132410@qq.com                                                              [Requested Project Name] the optimization technology of the spatial  structure in urban green space based on the concept of green infrastructure  [Requester] Chongqing University [Basic Information] 1. General Information of RequesterChongqing University (CQU)is a key national university directly under the Ministry of Education (MOE). It is one of the top Chinese universities within the framework of the State "211 Project" and "985 Project". Now it has a total of 31 colleges such as Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of the Built Environment, Faculty of Information Science and Technology. And it has Graduate School,School of Continuing Education,Network Education College, and City Technology College of Chongqing University. The school now has 98 undergraduate, covering science, engineering, literature, economics, management, law, education, art and other disciplines. More than 50,000 full-time students in school, including nearly 20,000 Masters and Ph.D. graduates, 30,000 undergraduates, and more than 1,000 foreign students

International Cooperation Status   The  partner for the project  is  the faculty  of horticulture  of the university of Chiba in Japan, this faulty has a further study on the construction of ecological landscape , and has good relations of cooperation with the faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning and of Chongqing university . [Technical Requirements Summary] 1. Importance and necessity of requested project, and relations with key projects and industries of Chongqing City.The pattern of green space is closely related to urban sustainable development. The traditional planning of green space system ,to a certain extent, played the role of improving urban ecological environment, but it is still difficult to fundamentally solve a lot of ecological problems brought by the rapid urbanization in China.The layout of the green space based on the concept of green infrastructure , and the optimization and the adjustment of spatial structure , not only can re-joint with the natural systems and ecological process cut off by urbanization , can restore and reconstruct the ecological system , but also can provide the framework of the strategic guidance  for protection and utilization of urban land. And to a certain extent, give the regulation and guidance for the urbanization process. Therefore, based on the concept of green infrastructure of the structure of urban green space optimization research for practicing "beautiful China" of Hu's report at 18th Party Congress   ,to get to the goal of the "314"  overall deployment of Chongqing  for the first "scientific development, enriching people of Chongqing" ,comprehensively promote the construction of the economic and ecological civilization , as the leader for Chongqing building a well-to-do society in the west of china has important practical significance. 2. Technology breakthroughs and innovations of requested project  Research is going on  the two dimensions of theory and practice , and constructing the research frame of the optimization and the adjustment of spatial structure of urban green space . According to  the problems of the construction of landscape structure in Chongqing, through the planning and design of green space, the strategy and key techniques of the adjustment of the structure of green space .    To get a conclusion based on the concept of the green infrastructure ,the method of optimization of green space which promoting the sustainable development of urban and rural,joint with the character of mountain and the special policy,promote the localization of the construction of the green infrastructure .Cultivate 1-2students to Ph.D ,2-3tomaster  , and 1 to 2 times to open  the international meeting.
