[需求项目名称] 基于远程变频技术的公路隧道节能通风系统[需求单位名称] 招商局重庆交通科研设计院有限公司[需求单位信息] 1、单位概况(200字以内) 招商局重庆交通科研设计院有限公司前身为“交通部重庆公路科学研究所”,是交通部直属的公路科研院所之一,成立于1965年5月。于2000年11月转制进入招商局集团有限公司。从2001年至今,我院连续被国家建设部评为全国勘察设计100强单位。2007年,我院隧道实验室被交通部认定为“隧道建设与养护技术交通行业重点实验室”。并于2008年7月被正式认定为首批国家“创新型企业”。 我院主要从事道路、桥梁、隧道、交通工程、环境工程、高速公路和市政交通能力等领域的科学研究、技术开发、勘察设计、项目咨询、工程监理。同时承担工程建设和专利产品开发。我院包含7个研究分院和5个下属企业。 2、国际合作现状(100字以内) 日本国创发系统研究所(Sohatsu Systems Lab.)致力于隧道节能产品的开发研究。先期已与我单位在中国公路隧道建设技术国家工程实验室(重庆)共同开展了变频器远程驱动公路隧道射流风机的国际合作试验,具备一定的合作条件。 [技术需求概要] 1、需求项目的重要性和必要性,与全市重要工程和重点产业的关联程度(300字以内) 众所周知,前几十年是我国公路隧道大规模建设时期,那么当前已进入后交通时代的公路隧道运营管理阶段。如何在保障安全的前提下降低公路交通领域的运营费用,尤其是降低隧道通风的运营能耗,成为全社会亟待解决的技术难题。本项目从风机的驱动方式入手,研究变频器远程驱动通风机的可行性。进而运用交叉学科基本理论,建立隧道多因素耦合反馈变频通风控制的数学模型,深入研究其控制机理,最终建立一套具有远程变频通风、智能控制和防灾新技术等多种功能的隧道通风智能远程控制系统 。该项目不仅解决我国目前长大公路隧道的通风控制及防灾技术问题,提升该领域我国的自主创新和自主研发能力,也为我市交通领域公路隧道节能运营和节能减排产业的提档升级创造了条件。 2、需求项目的技术突破及创新点(150字以内) 针对目前公路隧道通风系统存在的问题,项目拟从以下两个方面进行技术突破与创新: 1、远程变频调速技术在公路隧道通风中的适用性研究(包括:变频器驱动射流风机的特性研究、适用性研究和经济效益分析研究)2、公路隧道变频通风智能控制技术研究(包括:公路隧道通风智能控制算法研究与软件开发) [期望的合作方式]□技术引进 □委托开发 √成立联合研发中心或实验室   □人才引进□召开国际学术会议                    [联系人]:杨  利 [电话] 办公室:023-62653036 手机:18008377135  [电子邮箱]yangli@cmhk.com [传真]023-62653406                                                   [Requested Project Name] Energy Saving Ventilation System Based on Long Distance Variable Frequency Technology of Road Tunnel[Requester] China Merchants Chongqing Communications Research & Design Institute Co., Ltd.[Basic Information] 1. General Information of Requester(200 Words) Founded in 1965, Chongqing Communications Research and Design Institute (CCRDI) was a research institute under jurisdiction of the Ministry of Communications(MOC) of the People’s Republic of China until 2000. When became a major independent research and design firm affiliated to the China Merchants, CCRDI has successfully completed an essential restructuring process turning from a government institute to an independent entity. CCRDI is mainly engaged in the scientific research, technological development, tests, reconnaissance, design, project consultation, project supervision in the fields of highways, bridges, tunnels, traffic engineering, environmental engineering and capacities of highway communications and municipal traffic and the information technology, and also undertakes project construction, production and processing of key products with patented technologies. There are 7 engineering departments and 5 companies in CCRDI now, which are engaged in the businesses introduced above.2. International Cooperation Status (100 Words) Sohatsu Systems Lab. devotesoneself to tunnel ventilation energy saving product research and development. Our company and Sohatsu Systems Lab. have done an international collaboration experiment of inverter long distance driving road tunnel jet fans at China road tunnel construction technology national engineering laboratory (Chong Qing) and have a certain collaboration condition. [Technical Requirements Summary] 1. Importance and necessity of requested project, and relations with key projects and industries of Chongqing City.(300 Words) It is well known that China road tunnel career undergo Large-scale construction period a few decades ago. Now, it is at the stage of operation management of road tunnels in posterior traffic times. It is the problem desiderated to be solved that how do we reduce (somewhat safe) operating charges of traffic domain especially tunnel ventilation operating. Starting with driving mode of jet fans, the feasibility of inverter remote driving fans will be researched. And then, by using interdiscipline basic theory, the mathematical model of the Multiple-factor coupling feedback variable frequency ventilation will be established and lucubrating control Mechanism. Finally, road tunnel ventilation intelligent remote control system with long distance variable frequency ventilation, intelligent control, disaster prevention and other functions will be designed. In this project, not only do it solve the problem of ventilation control and disater prevention of long road tunnels, promote China's independent innovation and independent research and development ability, but create the conditions of tunnel energy saving operation in the domain of transportation and energy conservation and emissions reduction to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading in our city.   2. Technology breakthroughs and innovations of requested project(150 Words) Focus on the currently existing problems of road tunnel ventilation system, in this project, two crucial technologies will be researched: 1. Applicability research of long distance variable frequency speed adjustment technology in the domain of road ventilation(include: characteristic study of inverter driving jet fans, applicability study of inverter long distance driving jet fans and economic and efficiency analysis study of road tunnel variable frequency ventilation) 2. Intelligent control technology research of road tunnel variable frequency ventilation (include: algorithm study of road tunnel ventilation intelligent control, control software development of road tunnel variable frequency ventilation). The results of project researches reach the international leading level.
